Curious by default,
rigorous by habit.
I'm Fabio. I started in print, fell into the web, and stayed for the interactions. I drive product design at Iliad Italia, where I own the mobile app and the design system.

Graphic Roots.
I started in brand identity and print, learning the fundamentals of visual communication. Making things feel intentional before ever thinking about interaction.
Into Code.
A detour into web development that turned into a shortcut. Understanding how the web actually works, from markup to layout, made me a fundamentally better designer.
Pixels to People.
Traded the grid for the flow: a UI Master at Talent Garden where I stopped designing pixels and started designing for people, with research and prototyping at the center.
First Product.
The idea started with me while freelancing for Zonafanta: an AI product for fantasy football. I led research and concept, then designed the MVP and brand while the campaign raised €130k.
Going Pro.
Full-time product responsibility at Userbot. Shipping features, running user tests, and learning the hard way that design without feedback is just decoration.
Design Direction.
Leading the product design of an app used by 2M+ people. Building a design system, shipping with a UiKit, and using AI-powered tools to compress the gap between idea and execution.
Designing with AI.
Still leading design at Iliad, but the way I work has changed the most: heavy experimentation with AI, from research to prototyping to production code. The biggest shift in my career so far.
How I work.
Research-led design grounded in evidence and user needs. Complexity gets stripped, not hidden.
Scalable systems, not one-off screens, built with AI-powered workflows and custom tooling that keep idea and execution close.
Design supports business results, not just aesthetics. Measurable impact matters.
Still being written. You could be part of it.
